About Us
A Team You Can Trust
Jeremy Angermeier
Owner and Founder
Jeremy began Paradigm Construction in 2011. Since then, the company has completed more than 100 renovation and new-build projects of varying sizes throughout the greater Louisville area. Paradigm’s clients largely come from referrals from satisfied customers. Jeremy’s skill, attention to detail, craftsmanship and clear communication have earned the company a reputation for excellence within the industry.
Before Paradigm, Jeremy served 8 years as a Construction Administrator for New Directions Housing Corporation, a Louisville nonprofit. He began his career working for a custom home builder. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a B.S. in Architectural Sciences.
Terrianne Tremayne
Project Manager
Terrianne joined Paradigm Construction in 2020. She coordinates subcontractors and vendors through the duration of a project, ensuring completion with the highest standards. Her favorite part of the job is stepping into the designer role and assisting clients with their finish selections - everything you see when you walk into a space, from flooring and paint colors to plumbing and lighting fixtures.
Before joining Paradigm, Terrianne spent 12 years in the tile industry working in both the residential and commercial sectors. Her design career began in furniture merchandising, then she moved to residential interior design at a small firm in downtown Louisville. She has a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the University of Kentucky.

A Plan, Then Action
We work with an architect to create a schematic design, which will be used to create construction drawings.
We’re happy to collaborate with an interior designer, if you like. But, our in-house project manager can guide you in selecting the best finishes and fixtures for your space.

Keep It Contained
We keep our workspace tightly contained to reduce the inconvenience of construction and well-ventilated to retain good air quality.
